Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of services. ALL services require a deposit over the amount of $700. Deposits are nonrefundable, work begins the moment the deposit is paid, along with resources and staff are paid/acquired to begin your project.
Fees are expected to be paid on the schedule arranged for you at the start of the project. IF project is halted before completion, all monies due up to the interruption are due immediately or by no later than the 1st of the next month.
A late fee is attached to all invoices after 30 days being past due, and again after 60 days past due. Upon 90 days of unsatisfied invoices, it is then settled by our lawyer and additional fees may be attached for the inconvenience.
Payments made to GNectar Publishing are made using their Paypal or Venmo. If those methods of payment aren’t available for you, please inform us so that we may make arrangements on your behalf.
Refund Policy
Administrative Fees & taxes charged will NOT be refunded/reversed for any refund or reversal of ANY transaction. As we are a service based entity and work begins IMMEDIATELY on behalf of your project, therefore our time MUST be compensated.
Earnings & Royalties Policy
GNectar Publishing takes ONLY 17% of all future royalties per your detailed agreement from book sales ONLY. All merchandise sales belong to the client. This helps to cover any agency costs along with any continued PR/marketing efforts made on your behalf.

Any earnings or income examples, are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you'll do as well. If you rely upon our figures, you must accept the risk of not doing as well as suggested. Where specific income figures are used, and attributed to an individual or business, those persons or businesses have earned that amount. There is no assurance you'll do as well. If you rely upon our figures; you must accept the risk of possibly not doing as well as this is based on multiple things.
